Welcome to the HealthOnNet Network
The Internet contains millions of webpages and articles regarding health topics. Many of them contradict each other. Some content does not list its sources or references, while in other cases the sources in question are, well, questionable. What does HealthOnNet offer?
HealthOnNet creates a network of health-related websites, all with properly sourced details. Websites and articles displayed on the HealthOnNet website will be required to disclose their major sources of reference, so that it can be ensured that there actually are sources for the information provided, and that they are more legitimate than, say, a quote from website of a product's promoter.
Websites included in the HealthOnNet Network fall under one of three categories: health conditions, herbal remedies or vitamins and nutrients. Each website will be displayed in a directory for its specific topic, and might possibly be found in more than one if it qualifies under multiple categories. Along with a link to the page, you will be able to see a very brief synopsis, so you will be able to spend more time visiting the sites that really touch on the specific details you want to know about.
Does HealthOnNet provide other services?
In addition to directories of sourced health articles, HealthOnNet also offers an open discussion forum. This is a two-fold benefit, as visitors may browse and post on the forum, while webmasters in need of a forum may send their readers to a sub-forum on the topic of their individual websites. To learn more about how webmasters are able to do this, visit the free services page.
HealthOnNet also provides a news blog with regular updates on the health scene. If readers also wish to stay informed when the website is updated or new articles are added to the directory, then they may subscribe to the mailing list to be sent relevant notices from HealthOnNet.
How can a webmaster add his health-related content to the HealthOnNet Network?
Webmasters are welcome to apply for inclusion of their health articles and websites. Even if HealthOnNet does not yet have a directory for articles on that topic, the webpage will be considered, and if it is proper for this network, then a new directory for its topic may be opened.
We welcome all readers to the HealthOnNet Network! If you have any questions, suggestions or other comments that you would like to send to us, please contact us and help us improve this website. We value your feedback and readership.
